All follower and subscriber services come with a 30-day retention guarantee:
- If followers drop within 30 days of delivery, we will refill them at no extra charge

- This guarantee applies to all follower packages from any platform
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
You are eligible for a full or partial refund in these situations:
- Non-Delivery: Order not started within 72 hours of placement
- Partial Delivery: You receive less than 80% of the ordered quantity
- Wrong Service: You received a service different from what you ordered
- Non-USA Engagement: Services delivered from non-USA sources (we verify location)
- Duplicate Orders: You were accidentally charged twice for the same order
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
- Order has already been completed and delivered successfully

- You changed your username or deleted your account after placing the order
- Third-party platform changes or algorithm updates affecting engagement
- Your account was banned or restricted by the social media platform

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

5. Refund Processing Time

6. Partial Refunds
In cases of partial delivery, you will receive a proportional refund:
- If you receive 50% of your order, you'll get a 50% refund
- Partial refunds are calculated based on the actual delivered quantity
- We always round in your favor for partial refund calculations
7. Order Cancellation
You can cancel orders under these conditions:

8. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that all engagement comes from authentic USA-based accounts. If you can prove that engagement came from non-USA sources, we will provide a full refund and a 20% bonus credit to your account as an apology.
9. API and Reseller Refunds
Resellers using our API follow the same refund policy. Refunds are credited back to your reseller account balance and can be used for future orders. API order refunds are processed automatically when applicable.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you're not satisfied with a refund decision, you can escalate to our senior support team. We'll review your case thoroughly and provide a final decision within 5 business days. Our goal is always to reach a fair resolution.
